How do I get my things?

Your order will be shipped no later than three business days after your purchase. We send all our orders, domestic and international, using PostNord parcel service. A tracking number, along with a link to track your parcel, will be sent to you per e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped.

How long do I have to wait?​

Domestic shipping usually arrives in less than 3 business days, but please wait 10 days before contacting us to create a claim. No actions will be taken to investigate a missing parcel before 10 days has passed from us shipping your order. 

 

International shipping varies, depending on where you are located. Usually less than 2 weeks for Europe, less than 4 weeks for rest of the world. Please wait 4 weeks for Europe, 6 weeks for rest of the world, before contacting us to create a claim. No actions will be taken to investigate a missing parcel before this time has passed. 

How do we pack it?

Our packaging is 100% plastic free, and will be sent to you in cardboard boxes or reinforced paper envelopes, depending on the size of your order. This is more expensive than single use plastics, however, it won't affect you or your wallet - we’re more than willing to pay to have a kinder, greener earth! Please reuse or recycle your packaging. 

What if I don’t like it?

We accept returns sent to us within 14 days of you recieving your order. All expenses for return shipping is paid by you, the customer. The products you wish to return shall be unopened and unused for us to accept and refund in full. We reserve the right to deny a refund if a product is no longer sellable. Please contact us before sending anything back to make sure we can refund you properly, either to the same account you paid from or for store credit.

How do I get my things?

An e-mail containing a download link with the PDF pattern will be sent to you. Just click it and the pattern is ready to use!

How long do I have to wait?

The PDF file is available for download just moments after your payment has gone through. Check your inbox!

What if I don't like it?

We do not accept any returns on patterns, as there is no way for us to take back the link containing the pattern sent to you. However, if you have any issues at all with understanding the pattern or making the thing the pattern's supposed to, don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than willing to help!
